O.k., I admit it. I'm a little weird. Researching home school curricula and planning a year (or a summer) of learning is actually fun for me. As I mentioned in this post, I have many friends who have been homeschooling for many years that offered me support, guidance and wisdom in putting this curricula plan together.
Here is what I have come up with so far. Some of it may change as I continue to learn about homeschooling and maybe even after we start and need to make adjustments. If you are a homeschooler and have any comments about any of these curricula or any others you love, please share!

Since I'm not a homeschooler, I can't help you out. But I wanted to say that I'm probably a little weird, too. I would love gathering curricula, and getting books and other resources would be like opening presents. But I know the excitement would wear off for me once I got into the trenches of the day-to-day teaching. Praying that your excitement carries through and to let you know that I'll encourage you the best I can on the days you want to quit. :)
I guess I am a little wierd, too :-) Finding curriculum and planning is fun for me too.
You have selected some great curriculum!
Oh, yes! Researching curriculum is such a delight for me that I think I drive everyone around me crazy. I need to remember to put the brakes on when others {ahem} aren't as enthusiastic as I am, lol.
We are starting Story of the World 1 this year too...can't wait!!
Have a great year!
LOOKS GREAT! thanks for linking up!
